Can't edit magic bands

I chose the colour and of our magic bands but wanted to have another look. In MDE I have:

Code:

Your MagicBand Order Has Been Received
Review Your Order
Make changes by August 13, 2019 for pickup at check-in.

however when I click "review your order" I get:

Code:

Access Unavailable
You do not have permission to access this page.

Sorry, but access to the page you requested is unavailable. It may have been moved or deleted, or the URL may contain errors. Please check your spelling.

Is there another way to alter the bands or am i going to have to phone?

It looks like an MDE glitch to me. I would try again by another means, e.g. try website if you were on the app or vice versa.

hasn't worked for me since they launched it - never anything available.

I'm still a good bit out so not overly concerned but there are known issues with the process

I think OP is just talking about the coloured bands, you can get those cant you?

Am not sure why I put the quotes in code bracket. Must have been on the vba forum too much. Yes I've just chosen the colours so far. I had something pop up when I logged in regarding choosing designs, so thought I would have another look, but now it won't let me review them. I'll see if there is another way in.

Edit: I just tried using the app and got in. So tempting...
