Help - Just had FP email

I've just had the email saying I can book FP's. In MDE the FP icon is not fully blue. I thought this will only work from 12pm. When I try to book FP's I get:

Have a vacation package? Looks like you’re early. Please come back 60 days prior to check-in.
Resort reservation within the next 60 days? Check that it’s linked to your account.
Theme park tickets? You need to link them to your account.
No theme park tickets? Purchase admission to start making FastPass+ selections.
Child under age 3? No ticket or FastPass+ is needed.

Is it just that the time hasn't arrived yet? The park tickets icon is blue. Does this mean the tickets are linked or do I have to do anything else?

It’s just because it’s too early. It’ll open up at 12pm.
