Hoover for Pets
I'm looking for recommendations for a good hoover for pets. We have hard floors everywhere except the stairs/hall, so needs to be good for those.
We've currently got a Miele Cat & Dog but its years old and its going through an air clean filter once a month at the moment (and I'm not an avid housekeeper!) plus the inside where the hoover bag up is filling up with dog hair. All the tubes etc are clear but I think its time it was resigned to being the car hoover. Thanks in advance!

We have a shark cordless and I love it. You just have to be careful with the battery as on full power can run down very quickly.
We have a frenchie who Malts everywhere (were carpet in all rooms) and a quick once over in one room fills the hoover up! I love how easy it is to empty we previously had a Henry (still use for when we’re doing diy etc) and found it far too bulky for stairs etc |

To add, I use the shark for the hard floor in the kitchen and it works perfectly

We had 3 dogs at one time and we tried almost every vacuum cleaner and Sebo is the winner. We also have 2 cordless vacuum cleaners (including a dyson) and although they have there uses they aren’t great for picking up dog hairs.
Sebos are a little more expensive than some mains vacuum cleaners but worth the money. |

I'd go for Henry every time ... They now have a pet vac: Henry Pet PET200 Bagged Cylinder Vacuum. Read the reviews on Amazon ...

I would say the best vac I have ever had is my Shark. We have 3 dogs and it picks up all the fur. You do have to empty it frequently though and wash the filters.

We have four cats and our Shark is great at dealing with cat fur on carpets and on hard floors.
