Kennedy launch viewing

You can see a launch from anywhere in the area, provided you are looking in the right direction at the right time and there are no buildings or trees in the way. However, for the 'best' view you need to get as close as possible - and that depends on which launch pad they are using - plus it depends if you are prepared to pay for parking or not. Titusville is good for SpaceX launches from pad LC39A in KSC (this site was originally used for shuttles), as it is just across the water and you can see the actual launch pad itself. However, next week's launch is from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station which is a few miles further south, so Port Canaveral is nearer.
