We usually use snack credits for breakfasts, around Epcot and for ice creams.
TS - in 2 weeks we usually have 4 Signature meals and 6 TS meals, a few in parks but most at night at resorts, Disney Springs etc. QS - the days we don't have a TS these are our main meals, or we will often share one (and add a snack) at lunchtime in the parks. We always have QS or snack credits left (especially if we eat offsite while shopping, at other parks etc), we sometimes pay for a TS breakfast.

It honestly isn't hard, we maybe have a couple of theme park TS lunches (Coral Reef, LTT etc on the days when we're saying for fireworks) but usually the day is free to do what we want and we eat at night at a resort or Disney Springs after we've spent the day in the parks.
California Grill sunday brunch is our very favourite, and must do meal.

We plan park days first and then the meals around that but I’ve only booked 4ts this year which are the ones I really want, the rest we will decide while there but much easier as 2 adults so we can eat at later times or in the lounges instead of the full restaurants where you don’t need to book in advance, also remember most TS hold some for walk ups if your able to wait, and as my DDP is free I’m quite happy to use a TS for CS credit if we don’t want a big sit down meal, we also go over to US for a one night stay which gives us a few extra to play with, we’re not doing any 2 credit meals this year as we didn’t want to be restricted in any way this time 😆
