This page now shows all my driving licence details, with bits blanked out and my home address and telephone number (I guess it's sourced my details from previous bookings). When I click Confirm, I get the following message -
"We’re sorry, but currently this reservation can't be modified online. Please cancel and rebook your reservation with any necessary changes, or call us for assistance."

There is one difference to previous bookings, in that I chose GOLD on the Italian site as the included tank of fuel was much cheaper than I could purchase at a pump. Is this what has caused the problem?

I have the same problem with my booking and a previous one made through the Italian site, not a major problem as picking up from Melbourne so will just go to the desk.

I made a pay on arrival booking with Italian site
Have done accelerated heck in and Skip the Counter with no problems using the main Alamo site

I have only one ALAMO hire this time but it's from Port Canaveral. Does anyone know if the have skip the counter there?

STC is only available at selected airport locations.

Can't speak specifically for an airport, although fleets will change all the time with new vehicles and one way hires.

Alamo typically have Ford F150, Dodge RAM and Chevy Silverado's in their 'Pickup' category. I believe F150s are the most common, though.

Trying to do skip the counter with Alamo pre paid rental ( sorry not florida) and this site came up in a search

It’s at LAS I have done it many times before and they usually take £1 to verify the card, this time it looks like they want to take the whole payment again..even though on the Alamo site it says cost will be zero after putting card details in and clicking through to pay I get a pop up from my bank asking me to approve the payment and it’s shows the whole rental amount.

Anyone have any ideas
