Villa Paperwork - when to expect?

Hi

Its been a while since we were there and I am so excited to be going back next week but to date we have not received any villa instructions/directions yet. Is this normal?

I did receive an acknowledgement when our balance was paid and also sent an email last Friday asking when we can expect to receive same but no reply.

Im starting to get worried but have to keep telling myself we booked through a reputable company etc and this is normal! is it or am I worrying over nothing?

I’ve booked a Dibb villa for our last four trips and received arriving instruction just after paying the balance at about 5-6 weeks.
Have you booked a specific villa or aoa?
No harm in calling/quick email to chase.

Hi it is a specific villa which we booked through vr360 homes.
I did send an email last Friday but have received no reply.
just getting really anxious!

We have always had the villa details sent when I have paid the final balance. I think you really need to chase this up. I’m sure it will work out fine, but you should have the details by now

I agree that you should have had something by now, or at least some correspondence telling you when you might receive it - the last villa we booked only sent the information out 5 days before, but this timescale had been clearly stated to us. Who have you booked with?

We have been sent it as soon as we paid the final balance

We always send ours out about two weeks before arrival , that way we know the various codes you will need are up to date.
Although we send ours by Royal Mail have you checked your spam folder just in case something has gone in there

This year we have received all our information 6 weeks before we go. This is a private booked direct with the owner villa.
Last year we used Homeaway and it was a week before but I had to chase it up via Homeaway direct as the message owner wasnt getting any response. The villa was lovely but was a very anxious time. I would see if vr360 can help, maybe a phone call or a live chat to see what they say. Hope you get it all sorted x

I hope you receive it soon. Most we have stayed in send it a week or two before you go. Sometimes if we are staying in a hotel for a week beforehand I will email the owner and ask for the details to be sent so I can print everything off before we fly.

Hi emailed again yesterday chasing and received it straight away along with an apology for not sending sooner - phew - I obviously have an overactive imagination.
