Is this a midlife crisis, tattoo at 51

So as the title suggests I've booked in for a tattoo on my foot on Tuesday. I've always wanted one but keep putting it off and for some reason just booked it a couple of weeks ago.
However, even though I really want it, am I too old?
Will it really really hurt?
Will I look stupid?
I'd be the last person to say someone is too old, but for me I just think will people laugh?

I just had my first one at 51.
Old enough now not to care what others think and still young enough to smile every time I see my reflection.

Yes it may sting at the time and feel like sunburn for a while after. That passes though

I have one booked with my daughter in a couple of weeks time. Matching Mickey and Minnie ears on our wrists. I am 65 going on 25

I had my first (only) tattoo at 60 and I love it. It's on my shoulder so not usually on view. I had it because I wanted to and at 60 I really don't care what people think. Haven't had a ride on a Harley Davidson yet

Don't even worry about what others will think, it's YOUR body.. embrace it!

I've got 10 tattoos but am yet to get a foot tattoo.. just ensure you have a good amount of sugar before you go!
