Missed my memory maker shot

Really annoyed and have learnt a valuable lesson. Leaving EE and saw an amazing shot of our family in various screaming grimaces. A group were dithering in front of us and I didn’t spot the countdown. I should have just squeezed pass to scan my magic band but I didn’t. Is it gone forever?

Contact Disney. I know it's not the same, but I know people who got their photopass pics back from their app after they all vanished, so surely it's worth an ask.

We almost has this with Everest and I just had to politely but firmly say "Excuse me, others wish to scan their cards and magic bands".

Hopefully if you do contact Disney they can help!

Is your ticket an Ultimate with Free MM, only ask because when I was there last time (Sept 2017) I didn't tap on any of the ride photo screens, but all the ride photos still appeared in the app which is what I presumed it would do. As the previous poster said, no harm in calling them or assuming you are still there ask at Guest Services. I had a problem at the beginning of my stay last time with my MM photos showing then disappearing, and they sorted it out with a call to their IT centre.

If you have a magic band I think they should appear but sometimes take a little while.

They often just appear on your magicbands, if they’re new and the battery is working in them.

Has it changed? They all automatically appeared on our account without having to scan.

If you go to one of the photo kiosks (like the one on Main Street on the right hand side where you meet micky/tink) and let them know the date/time they can bring up the photos and you can review/pick what you want and add them onto your account (if not already picked up via magicband RFID and just delayed appearing).

We had to do this when Slinky Dog originally opened and the camera was having issues.
