What time to get picked up last day?
Was just wondering what time my cab should pick us up. We are taking our bags to disney springs virgin and i have provisonally booked our pick up for 1pm. We are flying UC so not sure if the 4 hour rule check in rule applies but our flight isnt until 7.50pm. Is 1pm too early to be picked up?

Each to there own, but when we were on that flight time with VS we left the villa at 4pm and still had to check in luggage, was airside by 6pm which was still too early for me, but I like to rock up later so no need to hang about.
As you don't need to check in luggage, advising someone else I would be leaving resort at 3:30pm at the earliest however to note I drive myself and monitor traffic on the i4 so always have a failsafe of taking another route, plus check what day it is too... You can always get their earlier and get some food at a premium cost.. Edited at 05:33 PM. |

If you’re using Disney Springs check in then you just need to allow enough time to get through security before boarding. Personally we like to have a meal at the airport (Outback) before boarding the plane so we know we’ve had a good dinner but even then generally I wouldn’t get there until 3 hours before.
We flew TC last year, and got back to the car at MK at about 3pm and our flight was scheduled for 7.15, we had more than enough time to check in and have the aforementioned dinner. As you won’t have to check in, unless you want time to eat or browse duty free, then as long as security is running fine, then I don’t see why you couldn’t arrive 2 hours before the flight.

Having been in queues waiting to go through security at Orlando I would not be happy with less than 3 hours.
