I'd say Police and Dog Warden. Hopefully CCTV will be able to get to bottom of it. I am so sorry this has happened to you and your doggie, it must have been so frightening. I hope she recovers from this poor girl x

We are all ok, have not slept well since Sunday 😕 hoping tonight we are all going to sleep through total exhaustion!
We are just waiting for the freedom of information to come through from the police so we can start proceedings. Jane xx
