Really enjoying this. It's definitely food for thought. I'd been looking at TI as you get some good rates but it looks plainer than some of the cheaper ones...looking forward to the rest.
If you don't mind me asking...was it expensive to go to LA? X

HI JUDE
we booked the flights first with HOTWIRE cant remember the exact price but the complete trip cost £403

that includes return flights to LAX, 2 nights stay in DAYS INN HOTEL & return shuttles we only took carry on luggage, there is a charge for checked luggage.

I am sure you can get cheaper flights if you go with SOUTHWEST we went with AMERICAN AIRLINES because of the flight times we ended up going really early in the morning & came home late on the last day so it gave us a full 3 days there
You can go by bus but it takes 4hrs compared to 35min on a plane

we really enjoyed the trip & was so glad that we did it..

Noticed from your countdown we will all be in florida
in about 10 WEEKS

its coming so fast
