Changing BA booking with luggage to no luggage

We are off to NYC next month and when we booked in January we booked with checked luggage for all 4 of us. I'm now thinking we will only need 2 checked bags between us so does anybody know if it's possible to amend our booking and if there would be any charge? If there is then its probably not worth it I guess.

Cant be changed, luggage upgrades are non refundable, also downgrading your ticket isnt possible unless you have a refundable fare and then it maybe more expensive to rebook.
