I've not been to a water park for many years and we tend to go when BB is the only option as TL is closed for it's annual refurb.

Making a mental note that this trip might be the one to remedy this

Our 'usual' Bahama Breeze is at Lake Buena Vista and this one def has the atmosphere you were missing!

So many people never get to the waterparks ... we usually run out of time too.
This year we managed two visits to Typhoon Lagoon and it made the thirteen and ten year olds top two favourite things ( the four year old rated meeting princesses higher after a lot of thought)

Mind you I've still not made it to Blizzard Beach lol

After TL on this trip, we did Volcano Bay on our recent Universal trip and enjoyed that too. Looks like water parks are becoming one of our things!
