ADR booking issues

So we are a group of 8 adults going this October, I have booked all my ADR’s except Yak & Yeti who won’t take booking online for 8 people so as we are happy to split the group I booked one for 4 people online and was going to book another table for the rest of the party, but it won’t let me, so I have been trying to book the 2nd one over the phone but I have encountered issues, the first booking was the wrong date, we had a ‘language barrier’ (hilarious being as we all speak English!) and I felt so bad for the CM by the end of the call I couldn’t bear to go through it all again, so cancelled that one, rebooked over the phone today but I’ve had no email and it’s not appearing in MDE either?
I have given them my card details so now I’m a bit worried about getting charged.

I will ring them again tomorrow as I left the booking ref number at work but seriously, it shouldn’t be this hard!

Any other tips/ideas please?

IIRC you don't get a booking email when you book over the phone, when you get back to work tomorrow you should be able to link your ADR to your MDE with your reference number.

Fingers crossed everything is all booked up this time.

The online reservation system was down when I did my ADRs a few weeks ago and I booked them all over the phone. I gave my credit card details and didn't get any email confirmations. They're all showing in MDE though, I didn't have to link them in.

All sorted now, went into MDE and linked the ADR but the reservation number, it now shows in my MDE,
