Alamo OLCI - only if booking directly?

I’m looking to change the car company I had booked with due to bad reviews!

I want to be able to do OLCI so We can go straight to the garage. I’ve found a good deal through netflights with Alamo however it’s says they offer Save Time Service but that you still need to go to the counter!

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Anybody can do OLCI and Skip the Counter with Alamo no matter which 3rd party website is used. Be that Virgin, Netflights, Auto Europe, Andy et al.

The numpties who work for Alamo say you can't but they wouldn't agree that today is Wednesday.

I helped a few Dibber friends out by pointing them in the direction of Netflights. Not always but quite often they have awesome prices.
I'm out here so only have the iPad but at home I have all the companies saved in bookmarks on the PC and can check every morning in 5 mins flat.
However it does end up driving nails into you trying to get a good deal doesn't it.

My husband thought this as booked through a third party. But he logged on this week and managed to print all the stuff to skip to counter with no problem, although it wasn’t an option on the site when logging on using his iPad

I find the iPad is twitchy. Always works for me on the PC. Strange.
