alamo sunpass

Hi sorry if this has been asked before but I have hire a SUV from Alamo (Miami) to activate the sunpass for the first time do I drive through any toll booth or just the Sunpass booth and once it is activated do I continue to use the Sunpass booth?
I have done the Skip the counter so want to avoid the counter

The lanes with sunpass will be clearly marked.

just drive through any toll (and chances are that out of MIA you won't even notice you've gone through one.

it's already enabled. Nothing to do, just drive.

As chmurf says just driving through a Sunpass lane will automatically enable the Sunpass system. This is a useful DIBB guide.

https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/Car...mes-p-517.html

All lanes are Sunpass enabled even those which say "cash only". You can see from these photos. First one is on 417 after leaving MCO and the second is at exit j2 off the 417. Those near MIA on the Turnike will be similar.

Once you have used the Alamo Sunpass your admin charge for the day stays at $3.95 so if you plan multiple passes through a plaza on that day you may as well continue using Sunpass lane. However if you find on another day you plan to pass through only one toll at say $1.75 you may choose to pay cash for that one toll.

If you're interested you can get to the WDW area from MIA toll free if you use US27 which is adjacent to the car hire garage.
