Mobile Do we need express passes May 2018?

We go May 2018 16th-19th staying at Cabana Bay before 4 nights Grand Floridian and 7 Coronado Springs ...

This is my sisters first Florida trip and my first staying at Cabana Bay, have always stayed at HRH before and so had express passes included.

How busy is mid May usually? Will we get away without paying for express passes?

Also any reviews of cabana bay and their transport to universal/IOA would be appreciated!

Thanks 😊

Check out the Busy Day guide, look at the same day/date historically. That will give you a good indication

Thanks. I had already had a look at busy day guide. Was just looking for anyone who had been this time of year and wished theyd had express pass. Iv never been and not had it but cabana bay was a significant amount cheaper than HRH!

Hi, only limited knowledge but - Ref transport to the parks from Cabana Bay - we were there in July cpl years ago and never waited long for a bus so couldnt fault it.
We are also staying there again next May 12-20 as we loved the hotel so much and are hoping we wont need fastpasses - last time we got into the parks early when not many queues and then went out and did other things over the busier part of the day and back late aft/eve again so did everything we wanted to easily.
