BG is great if your a coaster fan. But it always gets compared with wdw, us and ioa. It's great for rides but it's cleanliness is much to be desired (in no way is it dirty or anything it's just you see it more than you would at the others imho)

We love BG! More than Seaworld Universal etc. The rides are better and the park is gorgeous (definitely no cleanliness issues when we visited). Little to no queues for most of the rides.
Falcons Fury is just the best! |

It's not a busy park most of the time and has some terrific adult rides. It also has some great animal encounters and especially the medical centre which has talks and demonstrations.
You can cover the whole park in a day more or less. At Halloween it has the best (IMO) horror night experience with Howl-O-Scream. On the downside it doesn't have anywhere near the theme or style of a Disney or Universal park and it is about an hours drive away from Orlando. We always make at least one trip to BG per holiday and last year we went on two days. We buy a Discovery Cove ticket that includes two weeks at BG, SW and Aquatica. |

My teenage thrill seekers loved it, it was quiet on the day we went, longest que was 5 minutes. We are definitely planning to go on our next trip.

The first Visit I was disappointed. I reffed to it as a Zoo with Rides. However after a 2nd visit and a proper chance to take it all in. I changed by Mind.
I think it was because we took more care and time to take everything in. We took in a couple of the shows, which were great. The rides are some of the very best. Very smooth. I have to say, it one of my favourite park. I would recommend it any day. |

If you love rollercoasters, then go to BG. We took DS on he's first loop the loop rollercoaster and he was only 5. The theming isn't to WDW standards, but still a fun day out.

Happy to see the good reviews of here, planning our first trip during next holiday. Although generally less crowded than Disney and Universal, as we're there over Christmas/New Year, am considering their Quick Queue add-on. Anybody any views on this? Given the likely crowd levels and that we're only going for one day I think it would be worth it.
