Virgin Schedule Change policy

Our return flight time has changed from 6.30pm to 5pm, which in itself is no biggy, but we usually do MK on our last day, so this means having to leave the park 1.5hrs earlier.
There is a flight at 7PM, which is closer to our original flight time, but travelup have advised it doesn't fall within VS schedule change guidelines.
I have searched their website, but couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know?

Possibly no seat availability at your ticket class for the 7pm flight. Are you sure it�s still going as there�s been lots of VA flight cancellations?

The same thing happened to me this year. The original time of my flight from MCO to Gatwick was 7.50 pm but I got changed to a different flight which was 5.25 pm. Unfortunately I just had to accept it.

Both flights are definitely still operating and both look very full looking at availability, so I would be surprised if they cancelled either of them.
I'm not super bothered about it, but when I booked I got super excited to get such a great deal, that I didn't spot the 7pm flight was available at the same price.
Never mind. I'll just hope they don't change it even earlier.

Our return flight with Thomas Cook for next May has has been moved a whole day! We were due to fly home on 10/05 & had an email last night saying it has been moved to 09/05.
