Mobile Parking tips

We go to universal studios quite a lot on a flex ticket but it costs us a lot of money in parking fees. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper way to park?

Might be cheaper for one person to buy/upgrade to an annual pass. You would obviously need to do the maths to determine if you would actually save money not forgetting you would also get discount on food and merchandise.
If you're staying on International Drive and there are a few of you it might be cheaper to get an Uber or Lyft.

We buy the 3 park Uni ticket and the 3 park SeaWorld rather than flex and we get free parking with the SeaWorld ticket.

We've got that too, Is there some way of that helping avoid Universal parking fees though?

If you go to Universal after 6pm, parking is free. We did this over a few nights, it has several benefits:

1. Costs nothing to park.
2. Park is alot quieter than during the day, most rides were a walk on. We got round everything we wanted to go on no problem.
3. Not as tiring as having to do full days to get the most out of your parking ticket.
4. Stay until the end & see the fireworks.

Great advice.

We are having an overnight in Royal Pacific after a 1st night on Universal end of IDrive on arrival in Orlando at 1900 at the start of the Florida leg of our vacation (express pass reasons). We are not picking up our hire car until after our second day in the parks.
All subsequent visits will be post 1800, hopefully even for Volcano bay.
In this way we will avoid all Universal parking fees.

In addition to this, we have DC ultimate non swims to get round parking fees in that Franchise.

We don't do Disney, so their fees are irrelevant to us.

Net result, zero parking fees throughout our 13 night stay in Orlando!

Only by parking up somewhere else and walking in. We stayed at the Point on top of I-drive and used to walk to Universal which was about 15 minutes.

The only problem would be finding somewhere to park that doesn't have a time limit/restriction.

During the day you wait so much longer than the length of time the rides lasts. You can get quite alot done when the rides are empty. We only had 3 hours each night we went & still managed to go on loads of rides. The longest we waited was 15 mins for the Harry Potter train.

Also we got parked right near to the parks as there were loads of spaces where people who had been all day had gone home.
