Have booked one dc ticket however when I go to book a second one in a different account it does not allow me to book the same day as my first ticket,I have cleared my history and tried on another device but still no joy

Any ideas how to get over this

Are you using same credit/debit card? I had to use 4 different cards!

In the payment section just above the credit card icons it says "Enter a coupon or promotion code", click this for the box to enter the code.

I had to pay with a different email address and a different credit card on the 2nd booking, the 3rd one I did I switched to ebookers and it allowed me to use the same card that time

It is just not letting me book the same day as I booked my first ticket all other days are showing as being available and that is logging in with a different account

Thanks SO much to the OP, we go a month today but haven't booked tickets yet due to finances.
Can I offer a few tips:
If you go on the app when you go to pay you need to click on the payment (like you will pay) and it will allow you to add a voucher.

If you are booking more than one ticket you will need to book with separate payment cards or it will reject the code and different emails make no difference!
