Unused Tickets

Hi
My mother and father are no longer able to travel to Florida, however they have non expiry tickets for Disney around 10 days

Does anyone know if they can get a refund or what Disney would say

I doubt you would get any refund, if it has no fingerprint linked how would they know who it belonged to ?!?!

Worth a call to Disney. We had someone unable to travel and they offered us a transfer to another ticket - we Christmas party tickets instead. Did they get them direct from Disney? If they are non-expiring I guess they can be kept - no real lose.

Unfortunately they are not able to travel again to Florida this year or future years so will be stuck with the tickets

If they are linked to anyones MDE account then you are at the mercy of Disney. Tickets are usually non refundable or transferable.

If they are non-expiry then they need to be "changed" to the new style tickets anyway, they still hold their non-ep status but can then be added to MDE- at this stage just add to someone else's
