Birthday ideas for my mum
Needing some inspiration... it’s mums birthday on Friday... I need to get her something. She will be early 60s .
She is terminally ill with a brain tumour, she doesn’t go out much, her appetite is reduced, she struggles with concerntration. For Xmas she had toiletries from my brother and I bought her a candle and hand/foot cream set from neom.. I’m really struggling for ideas... any help? |

On Amazon, they do a nice bouquet but it's filled with chocolate and Yankee candles for roughly £25.

This is always appreciated by mums of any age ❤️
On a slightly different spin on this we bought my gran a Live Photo frame, which was basically a photo frame which we popped a memory card in containing 100’s of photos which would go on a loop (you had to have it plugged in) she loved it and I think she gained great comfort from it when she herself was unable to hold books/turn pages due to a debilitating stroke. Sending you much love at what must be a very difficult time for you xx

Someone to come to her and do a hand/foot massage? That’s my mums favourite present especially when she was diagnosed with her brain tumour as it helped her relax for a bit.
I’m sorry to hear of your mums diagnosis, lots of love to you all. |

I agree with the photo book or live frame idea.
I did a photo book for my mums Christmas a few years ago, that year we had all gone to Disney with their first grandchild, and also the year the second one came along. It’s the first time she has come close to tears at gift, she loved it.
