Greece QR Code forms.

Has anyone been with family in the last week or so? I have filled in one form as directed on the webpage for all my family (6 of us) but heard horror stories of codes not working and people being refused so now I am worried and just want to double check did other families just do one form?

Also do I need to fill in the UK gov one on our return for track and trace too?

I flew out on 5th August. I filled in one form then kept getting texts off Tui saying each adult needed a QR code so I completed another form for myself. Coming through Kos airport they only glanced at 1 form. Tui were very thorough in Manchester making sure our daughter was on the form and all names were correct. Yes I believe you do need to fill in the UK form 48 hours before you leave. Hope this helps.

We flew in yesterday and after conflicting reports we did a form each and added everyone to every form. They checked the QR code at Birmingham, and again when we arrived in crete. Our code began with a 4 and like others we didnt get tested, intact we only saw one person tested.
The flight was spotless and apart from masks was fine .
Weather is gorgeous... so chilled out now after the forms stressed me out. So dont worry

Hi mickeyspal, did it turn out to be necessary to have one form each? I have done one for the family, but there is time for me to do one each if necessary as we dont fly until this friday...

I may just do another for my DH and put us all on that too, hopefully that way if one goes wrong there will be a back up.

I honestly dont know as they checked mine and dh separate then dd and gd on the same one. I just felt better having done one each

This is correct and what we did last week.

Arrived In Crete yesterday . Did one form per family . Checked you had Code twice , once at bag drop , once on boarding . Then on arrival . No issues .

Thanks all, just a waiting game now. I feel good that we will get to go and no quarantine but just still cannot bring myself to think about packing yet.
