Hanging washing outside

We have stopped now as it's been quite damp even on a dry day

Me neither. Ours goes in the tumble dryer all year round

Am I the only person who has items that say do not tumble dry?

I stopped putting it out about 2 weeks ago.

I only tumble dry towels bedding and underwear, the rest goes on the clothes airer.

I’ve never liked putting washing out. It has to be sunny and a minimum of 25 degrees before I even entertain the idea.
I want things washed, dried and put away ASAP.
And I like fluffy towels, not crispy ones. 😁
All jeans, t-shirts, bras and jumpers are dried on the clothes horse in the conservatory.
Everything else, tumble dried.

Delicate things and lycra go on the drying rack in the laundry room. Everything else goes in the dryer. Here in Florida we can't even have a clothes line outside but I didn't have one in the UK either. When we had a flat without a dryer, things taking days to dry on a rack drove me mad.
