Daughter has passed her driving test 1st time

I am absolutely thrilled for her as her test back in April was cancelled due to COVID .
Now begins the car search

Congratulations to your daughter.

My son passed first time on Monday too (and his was also cancelled in April)!

No car shopping for us though - no one has ever bought me a car so he's on his own with that one! Realistically he won't be able to afford a car until he finishes university and as he's a fresher he has a while!

Congrats to your son !
DD is in her second year of uni in our home city so she’s not desperate but we will help as we did when DS passed his test

My sons away so no need for a car at the moment but we are looking at adding him to our insurance over the holidays so he keeps the skill up.

It's great when they pass isn't it - I didn't pass first time so I'm super proud.
