Mens bedroom issues (men only please)

As I’m getting older I am struggling with bedroom issues which is something I never used to suffer with, but I wonder if it’s anything to do with the male menopause that I’m going through.

My issue is that I sleep badly and constantly wake up during the night and I have to visit the toilet once or twice.

Do other men notice as they’ve got older they also struggle with similar bedroom issues?

I never went on the lady menopause thread because I’m not a lady.

I do however, acknowledge that you were trying to help and being that you are a northern woman I guess you are similar to men in many ways,

I wouldn’t argue with that because most northern women I’ve met are quite tough/rough looking and probably have 10 pints of ale for breakfast (and lots of bottles of babysham at posh northern weddings).
