Mobile Returning from Gran Canaria

We’ve been looking at a 10 night holiday to Gran Canaria and I’m trying to find out what we need to do for the return journey.
I know we need to test a couple of days before we come home and do a PCR test within 2 days of getting home which we have to the tests approved by the Welsh government.

Can anyone give me any advice of what forms we need to fill in.

Our son and his family are going to Greece and he’s getting so stressed about the return procedure and wishing they hadn’t booked (he’s thinking they have to fill in at least 3 forms each) and in turn it’s also making me think twice about booking.

Any advice or information would be much appreciated

Going out you need to fill in a Spanish Health Form and get your QR code and coming home you fill out a passenger locator form which you need your day 2 test reference for.

Exactly as above.
It certainly wouldn’t put me off booking.I think we all need a well deserved break.
It’s not as daunting as it first seems.

I’m not quite sure if the requirements are different for Wales but I’ve now got my head around what we need to do when we go to Lanzarote in October - helped by the useful guide on the EasyJet website:

Don't know about Spain but Greece was fine. Going out a PLF per family, easy and simple to do.
Returning home another PLF.

Thank you
Do you have the form emailed to you or would I have to search online for it?

Think I’m probably just overthinking things and don’t want to end up making a mess of it

The PLF is super simple, takes minutes and you get instant confirmation.
