My issue is more that I wake up lots during the night not wee related and there is no reason for it, apart from the fact I have an active mind so I think about nonsense things (not in a worrying or anxious way).

When I left a job in Wales years ago I was bought an inflatable sheep as a leaving present but had to give it back as its nose kept running.

I feel your pain MH if I wake and struggle to drop back off I usually listen to a podcast helps to drop back off I still think we have the best of it regarding toilet issue we don’t go if we laugh to hard sneeze or cough like the other gender
