Ocean Florida credit note experience

I have seen a few posts for OF,

I decided to take the credit note after my holiday was cancelled, I have to say right up till this point I've been really happy with them.
Unfortunately credit notes are when it all changed... Wow what a job.

My first email was on the 14th of September asking what my requirements were, I sent them back that afternoon and waited.
3 days later I get a reply, not surprised because the email did have a foot note saying please allow 72 hours for response.
I then emailed back asking for a later dept time due to not wanting to be up at 3am.
3 days later I get a response saying it would be a few hundred each for a later flight time. So I immediately asked about Tampa airport, if not don't worry please book.
4 days later I get a response saying Tampa was more expensive and because of the time it's taken the price had gone up and I would struggle to get a holiday now for my budget.
This is still going on today, every time I send an email it's 2/3 days before I get a response and they can't seem to find the offers I have, and by the time they do they have gone.
They won't pick up the phone or return a voicemail.
It's been 2 weeks of emails back and forth and I've had maybe 5 off them in that time. I know it said 72 hours for a response but I felt that was first contact. Not every blinking message.

Such a shame as I was so impressed with them to start

I’m booked with these for next year, hopefully it’s a bit more settled by then.

How come you can’t ring someone?

They only have one member of staff dealing with credit notes... they don't pick up the phone
