Using Virtual Reality to check out hotels!

Ok so this is a bit random but was trying to decide on an International Drive hotel and i am a big researcher and couldn’t get adequate info…..suddenly occurred to me that we have an Oculus Quest VR headset with an app called Wander on it…basically you type in your location and it transports you to it and you have a good look around…. Worked brilliantly I was typing in the hotels and being taken straight there then meandering up and down International Drive checking out the areas, restaurants etc thinking “ooh this is lovely “ or “ooh no this is a bit rough”….had it sorted in no time 🙂 Highly recommended if you have that or similar tech knocking about! (I also had a mooch round Magic Kingdom and Discovery Cove, all there larger than life and then some cultural spots for balance &#128514

Sounds like a great idea. I normally end up wandering around on Google Earth, but VR sounds like a lot more fun!
