We arrived for opening which I was think about 7:30, and got the first swim of the day. Which was good because sometimes they have to delay swims in the afternoon due to thunderstorms.

We have been twice, the first time in 2004 we arrived about 9am and felt like we were clock watch all day as we wanted to do everything but the dolphin swim was just after lunch time whereas, this time 2013 we arrived at 7.15 got the first swim of the day 8.20am. We were finished with the swim by 9.30 so we then went and had breakfast before leisurely exploring the oasis, otters and monkeys as they are out when it is not so hot. We felt that we had the whole day and other than stopping for lunch at 2pm didn't clock watch at all. It is a very magical day that is expensive so it is only right that you make the most out of it, getting there early and staying until the end will have you feeling relaxed, refreshed and like you have been a million miles away from the parks.

We always arrive for 8am ish! It's a fantastic day so like to make the most of it

We've just had our DC confirmation, I was under the impression they allocated a time before you got there, apparently not...we getting there as soon as we wake up (v early)
