DC & package question.
DD turns 6 during our next trip & after speaking to DC they've said she'll be allowed to do the dolphin swim so we're now planning to do a day there.
We're not a family that really love swimming though so I know we'll spend part of the day just relaxing & lounging round, which is fine with us, cause of that though I've wondering if we should hire a cabana so we at least have a permeant place to sit. I've been pricing them up & come across the Elite package which includes the cabana, plus photo package & a few other things. Has anyone had the Elite package & is it worth the price? They'll be 3 adults & 2 kids aged 7 & 6 in our party. Thanks

we did it last time and its good value if you will be buying the photo package anyway.we used the cabana a fair bit as ds was only 1 so I stayed there while he slept and was handy having a stocked fridge basket of snacks & locker all on hand. The attendant was lovely popped in and asked if we wanted anything brought some beers & extra cokes then came back a couple of hours later to check in again.
the only downside for me was the location we had the one overlooking the dolphin swims and while the view was lovely there was very little privacy and it seemed like a long trek anytime you wanted to go anywhere. that said there are several other locations one of which is right next to the lazy river bit which would have been perfect. we had the dolphin toy for ds as we had the photo frame previously but I would opt for the frame if we did it again |
