Yes you do get your own lift and it's fantastic when it's busy Most of the tour groups do not have these rooms so you do not have a long wait for the lifts. The reviews on trip advisor make the tour groups seem like a problem when they are not. Everyone that we've encountered are nice and polite. The family Mart sells nice quality meals at fantastic prices and they warm them up for you too. It really is a great hotel. With the rain from the typhoon we would have been stuck inside but there is a side entrance to the mall (and the Pokemon centre lol) and we have had fun without a rain drop lol.
