Mobile Fast pass / Disney app

Hi,
We are fast approaching our 60 day mark (Wednesday) and getting ready to book fast passes.

When logging onto the Disney app, I’ve tried to link the package to each member of the party ahead of Wednesday by going to get fast pass option and then prompted to link ticket or package, when attempting to do this I get a message stating the confirmation number is not recognised. I wanted to check whether it’s possible to link up ahead of the 60 days or if this is only possible on the 60 day mark.

Want to avoid any unnecessary delays on the day of book fast passes. Tried calling Disney today but they would not assist as I am not the lead passenger.

Any advise would be appreciated!

Ok slightly confused by "Linking everyone" ? Does everyone have a separate MDE ? As long as everyone on your booking has a pass allocated then "everything" magically opens at 12:00 on 60 days

Are you saying your reservation isn't showing on MDE or are you trying to link other's reservations to yours? If so you don't do this via the reservation number you link them via their account details as a family member. If however its the reservation number not working you should definitely contact either Disney or your TA as that should work before 60 days

Thanks for the replies.

I can see the hotel reservation and the tickets for all family members on the app, that looks ok.

I went to get fast past, it then showed up as create fast pass party, I selected all and pressed continue. I then received a message showing ‘does everyone have tickets’ below this has a list of members of the family, with the option to link ticket or package or remove from group. I attempted to link to package using the booking reference but this was not recognised. I did some more research last night and it seems that you can only get passed this point @12:00 on your 60 day mark (which is tomorrow for me), it should just work from that point. Fingers crossed it will work!

Yes this sounds normal. As you can see the tickets are linked for everyone, then you just need to wait for your booking window to open.
