Yes this was a big help for us as we arrived last night. Never used Uber before but followed this guide and had no problems!

Did you get picked up at MCO?

We have 4 adults, each with a case and cabin bag.
What size of car should we use?

Thanks

Has anyone seen a difference in prices in late 2021/early 2022 compared to 2019?

Great thread, following along... we will be using uber or lyft for the first time when we go (fingers crossed) this october - we are staying on site at disney with no car, and need to get to Universal and Seaworld. AND using Wifi only...at a push i could switch on data roaming for £6 per day if needed...guessing returning from parks use the park wifi near exit and gps would track me to the pick up point if wifi not in range? does anybody know where pick up is at universal, i guess where i get dropped off - lol...sorry i'm an uber planner (excuse the pun!) and like to know everything detail before going.

I seem to remember that the pick up point was at the top level of the car park... although I've seen, on vLogs, bright signage as you head towards the car park of "Uber/Lyft this way"... it isn't subtle!

We are going to be 2 adults and a 6 year old. 3 full-size cases and 2 hand luggage cases.

What size car do we need to request for Uber or Lyft and will we be required for a car seat for the child?

When you book your Uber, you have a choice of cars and they'll show you capacity in the app. I don't believe a 6 year old needs a car seat but an adult will need to sit next to them and ensure you are both buckled up.

Hi, used Uber for the first time yesterday and really easy.

We didn’t tip which felt a bit odd but reading the first post it was right not to tip?! Can I just double check for our next ride please if people are still not tipping UBER drivers? Thanks

We use Uber occasionally here in England and there is an option to tip which comes up, so we do. I think originally the scheme was ‘no tipping required’ but it has changed over time. But I am interested to learn if others are also tipping.

We’re going in July and haven’t booked car hire. I’m getting a bit antsy about relying on Uber and lyft. We’ve never used either and we arrive late (10.30pm) into mco and I’m worried about getting stuck with no drivers available- can anyone calm me down?
