Thanks for the info. You cannot inagine the relief when DD came home wanting to go again! She knows when this will be and is quite excited about it. X luckily we do have a payroll company to use! Luckily we had a person in mind, dont think i couldve coped with recruitment too!

When DS transferred from Children’s Respite to adult, we kept the same PA. Much easier for us all.

Just thought to update, all registered with company who sort out payslips, pay PA online too, and wven done tax - not as bad as i thought, but daunting to start with.
DD loves her time with her PA and so far they have baked cookies and cakes! So nice to have some time back. 😀 Her PA is her TA who retired last year, they have a fab relationship already. DD loves their dog and time spent with her. X cant believe i didnt do this sooner. X
