I think there will be a second series as there were a few ends left untied.
Only Megan knows exactly what happened to Carlton and his dad is a bit of a crazy and isn’t likely to give up his search easily. Plus I had assumed that the lady in the care home was Megan’s mother in law but I’m not sure as she also knew her as Carrie? It never really was clear how she knew her former name.

I did guess some of the last episode (don’t want to give too much away) guessed the main person from episode 1, something seemed off from the start.
Didn’t guess the twist about Carlton though.

It was interesting to see the house on the beach used as a safe house. It's just a couple of miles away from here, nowhere near Blackpool or wherever it is supposed to be set.

I think this explains what all of the film caterers and trailers going past earlier last year were for

The beach is Thurstaston on the Wirral. At the top of the cliffs there is a country park and walk. There us also a caravan park there but I think you can rent the house out.
