Plane changed to A330 and pre-booked seats no longer available

I have just logged into my Virgin Atlantic flight for April 2022 and noticed that my aircraft has changed to an Airbus A330. My pre-booked seats are no longer available on this plane and I haven't been informed about this. Luckily there were other seats available that I could book without charge. Just a warning for others to check their seats.

One of the main reason I steer away from virgin these days, they are forever swapping planes 🤷🏼

Ours changed to the A330 a few months ago which worked in our favour as we previously hadn�t been able to book seats for our return.

Ours changed plane and time a few months ago. I only found out as I was checking for upgrades. Then 3 days ago I has an email informing me of the changes, at least 2 months after it happened.

BA seem to swap planes a lot as well
