Random question about virgin atlantic and alamo skip the counter

Hello this might be normal, I cannot remember but when I go into Virgin atlantic to choose our seats both mine and my husbands marital status is after our Christian names with no gap so like "Rosemarymrs Jones"

Will this be an issue does anyone know? Tried ringing Virgin but it's a 3 hour wait. We don't travel for ages but it's worrying me.

My other question is Virgin said once I was 11 months away from our travel date I could skip the counter but I get an error message saying We're sorry, but there's something wrong with the reservation number you entered. Please try again or call us for assistance.

Anyone had this at all ?

Yes I am having the same and we go next week I have tried to contact Virgin with no help xxx

Are the two things linked maybe. From memory you have to put a surname with your reservation number when doing the Alamo check in / skip counter.
Maybe that data is joined with no gaps too?

Hi for anyone interested I managed to call virgin.

I was told all details on my booking are correct so not to worry about the way they are shown with virgin atlantic.

For the car hire you can't use your virgin Holidays reference number, you email vgires@goalamo.com and they send you the 10 digit code you need to complete accelerated check in online.
