Virgin Flying Club down for maintenance and...

I haven't been able to see FC either mine or DH's activity for a couple of weeks..
This is what I've been seeing...



And had this all day today



Anyone else having problems?

It's definitely saying down for maintenance but i've not had any other problems with Activity.
I used miles to book a reward flight on Monday and it was fine. Showed my Activity.

I've had no problem accessing mine or my husbands Flying Club accounts over the past few weeks. Accessed it yesterday to book miles flights without any issues too.

I haven’t been able to access the app for ages, so tweeted Virgin and they said it was a known issue that they were working on. Couldn’t access via the website for a while either, but did manage to get onto that eventually after resetting my password! Still can’t get in via the app though!

I had the same problem yesterday, but I can log in this morning. Checked our activity because both DH and I transferred points from our Amex accounts on 8th Nov. Mine went through within 24 hours but DH's have still not arrived. He received an 'In Progress' notification from Amex on 12th November. Not sure if the delay was down to this being the first time he has transferred points, but I did live chat with Amex this morning and they are looking into it.

We had a similar problem transferring Amex points to my husbands flying club account. Spoke to a couple of people who just kept saying there was an issue with email addresses not matching up, which made no sense. Finally spoke to a 3rd person who knew exactly what the problem was, cancelled the original transfer and then set the account up over the phone - points were transferred straight away.

Oh, thank you, that's interesting. I'll check that we have both accounts set up with the same email address

I still haven’t been able to access my account activity page and it’s been weeks… is everyone else’s issues rectified?
