We went for Procook after a couple of our chef friends recommenced them (it is what they use in their homes). The outlets are great for prices. We went for their top end ones.
I would buy them again if need be. |

I have had my saucepans for ... wait for it ... 33 years. I got them as a wedding present and apart from the frying pan which the handle came off (i could have fixed but couldn't be bothered) they are Meyer and they still look as good and sparkly now as they did back then (1988)

We have Pro Cook, they are great for cooking but they are starting to look a bit worn already (bought August 2020)

I got an induction hob 6 years ago and love it as it’s so easy to clean and still looks like new.
Be very careful as not all pans work and I bought a set from Dunelm that said induction suitable and they weren’t. I went for IKEA 365+ ones and also use my pressure cooker as large pan. My ikea non stick are still good but I don’t put them in dishwasher. |

We have loads of pans! I really must get rid of some.
Anyway, Le Crueset are great and I think ok for induction? We’ve had those for maybe 20 years. I don’t think any of their non stick is any good though (think they call it silverstone) we have a few griddle pans and small frying pans of theirs and they’re pretty rubbish. The classic Le Creuset are brilliant though. I honestly think the ‘Taste the Difference’ (always makes me chuckle) copper bottom pans I bought in Sainsbury’s years ago distribute the heat best. We have Stellar and Judge too but they aren’t as good Edited at 07:03 PM. |
