Parking Trams

Can't see that anyone else has posted this but apologies if they have.

Just announced on WDW Twitter and Instagram that trams are returning. Initially returning at MK and will be returning to the other parks next year.

Did not know they had been off. How far have people been walking to get from their cars?

This is good news - when we parked for the Christmas after hours, the walk back to the car felt like miles! It really felt too much at 1.30am!

Yeah I think they have been off for over 500 days.

I'm not sure the decision to keep them off was still for guest safety and was maybe more of a cost saving exercise or an experiment to see if they could get away with not having them.

I know its a tram but it is a disney parks thing for me.
Pretty sure itís down to staffing, teams are low priority whereas getting some other things open like restaurants, hotels, characters etc is probably seen as more important than a tram, at the same time disney save more money not running them

I bet they did not reduce the parking charge while the trams were off.
