In Florida and getting ready on Tuesday for flight back have had email from ba about doing verify app back but it only allows you to do it coming out not returning lucky I done print ours etc of everything

It does allow both ways. You just have to “Add a trip to the UK.”

Certainly does both ways and will save you time as people who don't have it held the queues up at check in.
As said, add UK trip.

As others say click add a trip, the check in person didn’t want to see it though she said it was linked to passport but we had everything printed out as well
