The people- I can't call them parents need to never see daylight again. Life should be life . I hope someone in the prison " forgets" to feed these evil monsters so they feel the pain of hunger and neglect
Much love to you.

It’s been on my mind today . Was at work watching the children having treats and the building excitement of Christmas approaching. I feel so sad for that little boy and all the suffering he endured . He really had the most beautiful smile.
Hope those that did this really do get what they deserve inside .

I felt really sick and incredibly upset by this.
It’s incomprehensible.
Awful.
My only knowledge of sentencing is from a case I was a juror for, so incredibly limited, but, I noted the word sadistic reportedly used by the judge.
I clearly recall the judge on the case I was involved in granting a minimum of 30 years as it was deemed sadistic. How come 29 for this case I wonder?
It’s not long enough IMO but, they may not be considered for parole ever.
The jury will surely need some counselling after this.

I see the Judge excused all the Jurors from ever having to sit again for the rest of their lives.

I'm sure I read somewhere that the Jury Foreman asked for a minutes silence in Court in memory of the Child.

She didn’t want Arthur - just his dad.

I’ve been reading local fb posts and the residents are all planning various fund raising and other things to pay respects to Arthur.

The house should be demolished though. It’s awful driving past and seeing it all boarded up and knowing what happened. Must be hard for the neighbours too 😢

But no, they will be out by the time they are in their late 50’s/ early 60’s and then we will have to pay for new identities for them.
I agree they should hang for what they’ve done, I would dearly love them to be got at in prison unfortunately they’ll probably have it cushy all at the expense of the tax payer
Also a life sentence should mean just that
This is where I’m with the US when they do 99 years or so 💪

Its so hard to process but I keep thinking why didn't they just let him go to his grandparents/uncle who wanted him.

Did they think they would just get away with what they did? That the police would believe them. No one would investigate his injuries?

I hope they are locked up forever. The woman has apparently attempted suicide twice while in custody.

Don't automatically assume she will be at risk in Prison.

That other excuse for humanity Rosemary West is top of the tree at HMP New Hall where she has other similar type scum protecting her and is very much a leader.

They have had to move her lovers as well in order to control her.
