Don’t know how to cope
My husband passed away yesterday evening…I’m besides myself, lonely, scared frightened and I just want him back for one more day. As many of you new he had lung cancer, this was removed, he then had heart problems…. He was in and out of hospital, but when he was home the last time I felt so positive. The final straw came when the covid got him. I’m besides myself, can’t sleep feel so ill myself headache from hell, this started before my husband passed, I’m waiting for my result. How do you cope with losing someone, he was my soul mate my life and best friend. Thanks for reading.

I'm so sorry for your loss. That sounds so hollow, but I really am.
Right now you cope in whatever way is necessary. There's no right way or wrong way of doing this at the moment, just the way that gets you through the next minute, the next hour and the next day. Finding a "better" way to cope can wait until later. For now, just keep going, whatever that looks like. Thinking of you x
