DCL Transfers
Hi we have booked our 2nd cruise and rather than doing it using our DVC points this time we are doing a cash booking. Just occurred to me today? Will I still be able to comtact Member Services to book my transfers when I haven't booked the cruise through them? X

If you're not using your points, why would you need to call MS? If you've booked direct with DCL, just log into your booking and add transfers. If you booked via a TA, ask them to do it for you.

I asked a similar question and got this reply which may be helpful-couldn't do it online
Ground transportation can be arranged from all Walt Disney World Resorts, including Walt Disney World Swan and Walt Disney World Dolphin, to Port Canaveral for $35.00 per person, 3 years and older. The only exception would be that we cannot pick-up from Shades of Green Resort. As far as the departure time from your Walt Disney World Resort, this will be provided the day prior to embarkation and will include: -Departure location -Departure time -Luggage handling details Return ground transfers to a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or the Orlando International Airport are also available for $35.00 per person, 3 years and older. There is no charge for children under 3 years of age. If you are interested in adding this transportation option to your reservation, please call our Contact Center at 0800 028 3179 (local UK number), Monday - Saturday from 9:00am (GMT) or Sunday from 11:00am (GMT) and we'll be happy to make these arrangements for you.

I've just booked my transfer for my upcoming cruise. If it's standard transfers from airport to cruise & back again then you can do this online. If it is resort to port/vice versa you can only do this by calling.
As my cruise is so close, I had to pay in full for transfers at time of booking.
