Chrysler Pacifica : Alamo

To all those that have had or looked at the Chrysler Pacifica recently from Alamo.

What model did you get?

L & LX are basic and not ideal, but interested to know if there were Tourings (Plus, L and L Plus or even any Limiteds)

Levels of trim and equipment. If you were to buy one you'd pay $28k for the basic one and up to $43k for top of the range!
Rule one in car hire self selection...know your models and don't pick a basic one!
For example a top model Tahoe has air conditioned SEATS! They are superb, the basic model doesn't.

Oh well we had air conditioned seats in the one we got in December but not in the one we got in June..and a sunroof in December but not in June.

I've just been reminded we did have the heated and aircon seats in June too!

Or just look inside what is available and choose the best one ( that is if any are available).
Or use Rule two pick the one with the most letters on the back badging
Or you may just get a rental only spec that Chrysler may have done for say an order of 2 or 3 thousand at a time.
We had an unbadged Chrysler 300c that had a 5.8 Hemi in it, but no way could I find it in the Chrysler web line up at the time.oh and it had aircon seats and heated wheel. We chose it because Mrs PPM liked white and we were going to a wedding.

I would be tempted to change to this but would be gutted to be stuck with old dodge caravan or whatever it was called.
