Restaurants peak pricing

As luck would have it, we are in WDW for 5 days over Memorial Day weekend. We have DDP so am just trying to work out which ADRs to pay OOP and which to use our 5 precious credits for.

Is it likely that buffets will all be at the top end of their price bracket since it is a weekend and a holiday?

We have the following ADRs and we will probably have three courses plus alcohol at the dinners.

Donald's Safari Breakfast (1 credit)
Crystal Palace Character Breakfast (1 credit)
Citrico's Dinner (2 credits)
Kona Cafe Breakfast (1 credit)
Tiffin's ROL Package (2 credits)
Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic Breakfast package (1 credit)
Paddlefish Dinner (2 credits)
Chip & Dales Harvest Feast Lunch Garden Grill (1 credit)

I have a feeling we will pay for Tiffins as it only seems to cost $67 for 3 courses, and we may ditch Kona Cafe & possibly Paddlefish as we will have QS credits to use up.

Any recommendations for Paying OOP?

The breakfast buffets are much cheaper than the lunch/dinner buffets, but I think you’re right they will be the top end of their price bracket.
